Waste Free Floristry

There is no single official definition of waste-free floristry in the flower industry. Being a sustainable florist means making choices that protect the environment and the health of the earth. From field to vase, waste-free floristry means doing more with less and making choices that minimize the enviromental impact of flowers.

As AOI Studio, we prepare our products in our special wooden boxes with Furoshiki technique, the traditional Japanese fabric packaging art. Acting with this awareness, we wish to restrict the use of environmentally harmful options such as floral sponge, which is frequently used in the floristry industry and we draw attention to the use of seasonal flowers by supporting local flower producers as much as we can.
